She has built her career working in clinical nursing, including roles in critical care and hospital settings at CK Birla Hospital and Medeor Hospital, before moving into elder care. Over the years, Jency has combined her clinical background with leadership in long-term care, focusing on person-centered support and enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents. Apart from her professional life, Jency delights in songs, poetry, and storywriting. She's a social butterfly who loves to socialise with friends and family!
Riniam Dkhar
Facility Manager, Picasso House
Riniam Dkhar has completed her Bsc Nursing from Fergusson College Pune. As well as, did her certification as a Diabetic Educator Pursuing my MBA in healthcare management. She has 10+ years of Clinical experience in Medical, Surgical, Oncological and Emergency department. Her skills lies in working with the Adults, Infants, Childrens and Geriatrics.
She is passionate to work for elders because they are the most authentic dependant souls who truly needs an assistance rather than masking their dependancy. She believes that if she can spice up one beautiful grey hair with a sense of purpose towards life this would give her the sense of a worthy and content life of why God had send her to this Earth with a purpose.
She values respect towards humanity irrespective of their background, Epoch values and culture, Quality benefits and Open door policy.
She holds the vision for Epoch to be the most creative organisation towards elderly care and well being of the society and on how it can put its impact towards people at their most vulnerable time.
In her spare time, she always enjoys watching English series, English-dubbed Spanish series and Korean documentaries. She also loves to sing songs because it gives her an opportunity to consumes all her feelings inconsiderably.
Tajinder Singh

Tajinder has done his B.Sc. in Nursing and comes with 6 years of rich experience, having worked with Fortis Hospital before joining Epoch Elder Care. He is deeply passionate about the person-centred care aspect of Epoch, which he feels is very unique. Having completed one year at Epoch, he enjoys the daily activities with residents. In his free time, Tajinder loves singing!
Malkeet Singh
Facility Manager, Gustav house
Malkeet is a nursing professional with 10 years of experience, born and raised in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. He has completed his graduation in Nursing in 2015. For the past 2 years, He has been dedicated to caring for residents at Epoch. Previously, He worked at esteemed institutions like CK Birla, Fortis Hospital, Max Hospital, and Medanta The Medicity in Gurgaon.
He is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, and music. I'm also passionate about creative writing, including poetry and stories. Teaching is another area that brings him fulfillment.
Akash Benedict

Akash brings 12+ years of experience as a Nurse Manager and Educator, backed by dual Master’s degrees in Nursing and Management. He has served as a Critical Care, Infection Control, and Quality Nurse in various hospitals, a Transplant Coordinator at Regency Health, and a Senior Nurse Educator at Marengo Asia Hospitals, giving him a 360° view of patient care, safety, and training. His background reflects his natural ability to teach, mentor, and lead healthcare professionals. Outside work, Akash is a tech enthusiast who explores coding and software testing, plays guitar and keyboard as a church choir master, and enjoys cooking, bringing blossoming creativity to his life
