Born and brought up in Thrissur, Kerala, Jency is a graduate in Nursing with 17+ years of experience. She has been taking care of our residents for about 2 years now. Jency has worked with some of the prominent hospitals like C K Birla, Fortis & Medeor. She is also Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) trained accredited by American Heart Association. While she enjoys reading and cooking, she loves to sing and play the violin! She also enjoys writing poetry and stories and is passionate about teaching.

Riniam Dkhar has completed her Bsc Nursing from Fergusson College Pune. As well as, did her certification as a Diabetic Educator Pursuing my MBA in healthcare management. She has 10+ years of Clinical experience in Medical, Surgical, Oncological and Emergency department. Her skills lies in working with the Adults, Infants, Childrens and Geriatrics.
She is passionate to work for elders because they are the most authentic dependant souls who truly needs an assistance rather than masking their dependancy. She believes that if she can spice up one beautiful grey hair with a sense of purpose towards life this would give her the sense of a worthy and content life of why God had send her to this Earth with a purpose.

She holds the vision for Epoch to be the most creative organisation towards elderly care and well being of the society and on how it can put its impact towards people at their most vulnerable time.
In her spare time, she always enjoy watching English series, English dubbed Spanish series and Korean documentaries. She also loves to sing songs because it gives her an opportunity to consumes all her feelings inconsiderably.

Sunita Vijayan has completed her Bsc Nursing. She has completed 9 years experience at Banker Heart Institute Hospital, Surat. She believes in caring for the elderly as it’s a rewarding experience for her. Sunita believes that elders are most vulnerable and they need more attention, care, love and support which she want to share with them and experience the happiness after getting smile over there face. At Epoch, she has learnt more new things which has given a new turn to her life. She came to know that elder care center is just not a place where elder people are kept and give care. Epoch has shown her how much love ,care, respect and value their words and need mean to her. Epoch always gave her a home like environment. Her vision for Epoch is to become a brandwagon in terms of geriatric care aspects. Sunita’s favourite actor is SRK, she loves pet animals and following BTS.
Assistant Facility Manager, Gustav House
Manish Mahato hails from Jharkhand, is brought up in Punjab, and has more than 12 years of experience in the health care sector and specialization in mental health care. Being born in Punjab and then brought up amidst the picturesque environs of Jolly Grant, Uttarakhand, saw him make contributions with some of the most revered hospitals of India, such as Max Hospital, SRHU, and Duncan Hospital. As a certified BLS and ACLS provider from the American Heart Association, Manish has great passion for promoting patient safety and well-being. Outside of office hours, Manish recharges himself through outdoor games like volleyball and cricket. His dedication to both mental health and physical wellness truly exemplifies his holistic approach to care.
