Kumar Vivek

Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant, Vivek worked as a consultant with Walker, Chandiok & Co., and as an analyst with InterContinental Hotel Group before starting his own accounting firm in 2013. With over 13 years of experience, Vivek specializes in market entry consulting and has assisted small and mid-sized foreign subsidiaries to set up their entities in India. He holds a firm understanding of Indian corporate tax and regulatory laws and has resolved a lot of complex matters for his clients. While continuing with his firm, he was introduced to Epoch to assist on a specific regulatory matter which marked the start to the relationship that has now stayed strong for 6+ years. An avid backpacker, Vivek has ventured across the globe including some of the remotest and lesser-known parts of the world, and has an incredibly diverse experience with culture, people, and food!

Vaibhav Bisht

Finance Controller

The ever-important numbers guy, Vaibhav, ensures we get our bills paid on time and stay in the black. With a master’s degree in commerce and experience in the business sector for about 15 years, he appreciates the opportunity to learn new things at Epoch and enjoys working with the close-knit team. He has been with Epoch for the past 7 years. A fan of Bollywood music, you might find Vaibhav grooving to some oldies in his office while balancing the books!

Vishnu Gupta

Accounts Executive

Vishnu is passionate about dealing with numbers and digits. He drives his inspiration from the experience of elderly from whom different aspects of life lessons can be learnt. Working at an eldercare organization, such as Epoch, he believes to have added value to his works. Vishnu finds solace in travelling.

Karina Dhamija

Head-Human Resource

Karina has an MBA in HR and comes with 10 years of rich experience as Human Resource personnel. She has very well fit into the team with her warm nature & efficient style. A believer in karma she strongly believes that working with seniors at Epoch will add to her good karma. Being associated with the organization for about 4 years now, she believes the Epoch work culture is open, fosters creativity & is collaborative -something which she plans to build in with every single Epoch member. An ardent SRK fan, we might see all SRK movies as part of the team activity schedule!

Gazala Nishat

Lead Human Resource

With an MBA in Human Resources and a BA LLB shaping her academic foundation, Gazala Nishat serves as Lead HR at Epoch, backed by 15+ years of experience across Hospitals, IT, and Logistics. Recognized for her integrity and people-first approach, she focuses on strengthening employee relationships, nurturing workplace culture, and enabling organizational growth in alignment with Epoch’s values. Outside of work, Gazala is a passionate food enthusiast who enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, and has a refined palate for Urdu poetry.

Paramita Bera

Senior Executive Human Resources

Paramita has over three years of professional experience and holds an MBA in HR & Marketing. She is confident in her ability to contribute meaningfully to the organization while continuing to learn and grow within it. Born and raised in West Bengal, she brings adaptability, a people-centric mindset, and a strong interest in HR and organizational development, along with experience in the IT domain. Outside work, Paramita enjoys playing volleyball and badminton, and has a love and knack for sketching. She is an avid Berlin Fan from the series Money Heist.

Vaibhav Ravindra Turakane

HR Executive

Vaibhav Ravindra Turakane is an HR Executive at Epoch Elder Care. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and has experience in healthcare recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. With prior exposure to diagnostic centers and healthcare services, he brings practical knowledge of staffing and people management. His interests include talent development, process improvement, and learning about healthcare systems.

Pavishya Sridharan

Head of Brand & Marketing

Pavishya brings with her over years of rich experience across various sectors in developing brand visibility and consumer engagement strategies. Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and an MBA in Marketing. Originally from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Pavishya currently resides in Gurugram. Beyond work, she is passionate about healthy vegetarian food, fitness, and spending time in nature—interests that mirror her holistic approach to life and leadership. At Epoch, she looks forward to the smiles on the faces of elders, which remind her of the conversations with her grandparents.

Dipankar Sharan

Manager - Brand & Visual

Dipankar holds a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Amity University, Noida, and has worked on various projects in freelancing before joining Epoch. He is passionate about creating magic on-screen with his visual content and derives his inspiration from the work of various urban creators. He is a brilliant photographer and his works of different landscapes and portraits are breathtaking!

With four years of experience as a content writer, she has crafted compelling stories across real estate, medicine, and tours and travel, working across both B2B and B2C, and collaborating with gamers and YouTubers to grow their audiences. Beyond work, she is a black belt in Taekwondo, a national-level debater, and dabbles in powerlifting for fun. An avid reader, writer, and musician, Khushi is often found with a book in one hand and a guitar in the other. She thrives on research across science, history, philosophy, and even conspiracy theories.

Niraj Nirash

I was born in Dehradun, brought up in Gangtok and graduated from Bengal (Darjeeling)., travelled extensively around the globe. I am (or rather I used to be !!) a result -driven Professional with multifaceted expertise of over 47 years in operations in India and overseas, supervising administration, finance, HR, Tech Functions, manpower, safety-security, project management, risk and crisis management. I retired from the BBC in India as their International Hub Bureau Manager (South Asia) in December 2020 after a happy journey of 27 years! I love life, meeting and talking to people from all walks of life, reading, "happy ending " movies, cooking and eating. I am a serious Tea Addict and a nature lover. Interested in saving our beautiful Planet at any cost - so actively engaged with groups raising voices for such causes.

Yashi is an Executive – Customer Relations with six years of professional experience across Policybazaar (three years), WNS, and ICICI Bank. She holds an MBA, which has shaped her structured thinking, analytical approach, and people-centric problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Yashi enjoys singing and dancing, exploring topics around personal growth and analytics, and staying organised through planning and writing. She values reflection and reading as ways to maintain balance, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Anju Bobin

Head - Learning & Quality

Anju has joined Epoch with over 19 years of rich professional experience across training, academics, administration, and quality systems. She holds an MBA in HR and is a Certified Green Belt from KPMG, bringing a strong focus on process excellence, performance improvement, and structured system building.

She has worked with several organizations and has successfully led inspections for new institutional establishments as well as renewal processes for established academic institutions. Before joining Epoch, she served as the Principal at RDR Jansewa School of Nursing, Kanina, where she played a key role in governance, compliance, academic leadership, and team development.

Anju believes that working with the elderly broadens one’s perspective, as seniors carry a lifetime of experience and wisdom to share. She is passionate about building strong teams, driving quality improvement initiatives, and creating systems that are sustainable and people-centric.

Beyond her professional life, Anju enjoys cooking, writing poems, and long drives. Her Christmas rum cakes are always worth the wait!
