Neha Sinha is a dementia specialist and has gained international recognition for creating dementia services in India. Initial work stint of Neha was as a counselor with Sanjivini, a Delhi based non governmental organisation for Mental Health. Thereafter she joined hands with Epoch Elder Care homes as the Head of Operations and later she became the CEO of Epoch Elder Care.

Neha has featured in the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list 2016. She was a panelist and is one of the 100 selected worldwide participants to be invited for Dementia Forum X, which is under the patronage of Queen Silvia of Sweden at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. In this Forum, Neha has brought focus to the dementia related challenges in India, as a developing country. Given her experience and expertise, she has written many articles and is invited to speak at various forums on dementia and elder care.

She has been passionate about working for the elderly and is committed to bringing a difference in the field of dementia and elder care in India. Since childhood, Neha has been influenced by elders, specially both her grandparents (Dadu and Dida). Neha was the favourite grandchild of the family. One day her grandmother was detected with Alzheimer’s that had an indelible impact on the young mind of Neha.

Enterprising Neha has farsightedness to improve lives of people with dementia and is endowed with sensitivity and belief, grit and passion towards establishing eldercare homes that provides comfort and happiness to elders. The world views the elder’s life in shades of grey and silver, but she believes in a palette full of colours.

As is rightly said, “Culture eats strategy over breakfast”; Neha has accorded distinctive culture at Epoch homes advocating the laws of gratitude, recognition and integrity. Her vision is also to make Epoch a great workplace. Neha envisions creating access to global standards of elder care in India. Deep at heart her goal is to lessen the stigma associated with dementia and assisted living for elders. She spends time in educating people that dementia is a demanding condition and that one must reach out for professional care of their parents to places like Epoch Homes.

The entrepreneur in Neha gets delighted when solving problems and courageously standing and voicing against stereotypes and rhetoric unpopular beliefs. Neha is trained in clinical psychology and palliative care from Stockholm (Sweden). Her interests rest in adventure sports and travelling.

Vibhor heads overall strategy and corporate development at Epoch, and looks after diversifying and growing new lines of revenue. In addition, he actively supports fundraising, investor relations and M&A at Age Care Labs - Epoch’s parent platform that builds and invests in businesses that enable active aging for seniors in India.

Passionate about healthcare and tech, Vibhor helped co-create the healthcare investment practice at Lumis Partners, which later pivoted to senior care, ageing science, and longevity as part of Age Care Labs. Prior to that, he looked after early and late-stage transactions in diverse sectors as part of the investment team at Lumis. Earlier in his career, he worked with EY on transaction support for several companies in M&A, disposals, and fundraisings. He started his career in corporate finance and revenue management at EDF Energy (London, UK). Vibhor holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Exeter, UK, and is a graduate from the University of Delhi.

Vibhor loves his tennis, Formula 1, rookie bartending, and Quora. He loves to travel and soak in new cultures and culinary experiences. He's also an automobile nerd, you'll usually find him drooling over all things cars.

Kumar Vivek

A Chartered Accountant, Vivek worked as a consultant with Walker, Chandiok & Co., and as an analyst with InterContinental Hotel Group before starting his own accounting firm in 2013. With over 13 years of experience, Vivek specializes in market entry consulting and has assisted small and mid-sized foreign subsidiaries to set up their entities in India. He holds a firm understanding of Indian corporate tax and regulatory laws and has resolved a lot of complex matters for his clients. While continuing with his firm, he was introduced to Epoch to assist on a specific regulatory matter which marked the start to the relationship that has now stayed strong for 6+ years. An avid backpacker, Vivek has ventured across the globe including some of the remotest and lesser-known parts of the world, and has an incredibly diverse experience with culture, people, and food!

Prasita is our clinical head and is in charge of supervising care plans for each resident. Known as the ‘ma’ of the team, Prasita is an experienced nurse, a facilities manager, a crisis manager, and a motherly figure all rolled into one. She is ex-defense personnel, having served in the Indian Army as a Short Service Commissioned Officer (Captain) for 5 years (Military Nursing Service). She is a registered nurse, with more than 15 years of experience and has done her MBA in Clinical Administration from Lucknow University.

Prasita joined Epoch in the year 2015 as a Facility Manager and after having managed the Vermeer House and the Frida House, went on to become the Head of Clinical Operations in the year 2017. It has been 7 years since then! She has undergone Dementia Training from Silviahemmet and Basic Life Support (BLS) training from Vidyanta Skill Institute, affiliated with the American Heart Association. Prasita is responsible for the high standards of care at Epoch through best global practices and has become one of the emerging care leaders in the elder care industry. She loves building relationships with the residents and has a great sense of satisfaction in knowing that her team is enhancing their quality of life.
