Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered Accountant, Vivek worked as a consultant with Walker, Chandiok & Co., and as an analyst with InterContinental Hotel Group before starting his own accounting firm in 2013. With over 13 years of experience, Vivek specializes in market entry consulting and has assisted small and mid-sized foreign subsidiaries to set up their entities in India. He holds a firm understanding of Indian corporate tax and regulatory laws and has resolved a lot of complex matters for his clients. While continuing with his firm, he was introduced to Epoch to assist on a specific regulatory matter which marked the start to the relationship that has now stayed strong for 6+ years. An avid backpacker, Vivek has ventured across the globe including some of the remotest and lesser-known parts of the world, and has an incredibly diverse experience with culture, people, and food!
Finance Controller
The ever-important numbers guy, Vaibhav, ensures we get our bills paid on time and stay in the black. With a master’s degree in commerce and experience in the business sector for about 15 years, he appreciates the opportunity to learn new things at Epoch and enjoys working with the close-knit team. He has been with Epoch for the past 7 years. A fan of Bollywood music, you might find Vaibhav grooving to some oldies in his office while balancing the books!

Vishnu is passionate about dealing with numbers and digits. He drives his inspiration from the experience of elderly from whom different aspects of life lessons can be learnt. Working at an eldercare organization, such as Epoch, he believes to have added value to his works. Vishnu finds solace in travelling.

Karina has an MBA in HR and comes with 10 years of rich experience as Human Resource personnel. She has very well fit into the team with her warm nature & efficient style. A believer in karma she strongly believes that working with seniors at Epoch will add to her good karma. Being associated with the organization for about 4 years now, she believes the Epoch work culture is open, fosters creativity & is collaborative -something which she plans to build in with every single Epoch member. An ardent SRK fan, we might see all SRK movies as part of the team activity schedule!

Anju has joined Epoch with over 16 years of rich experience. A senior nurse, Anju has expertise in training, teaching, & administration. She has worked with several organizations and successfully completed the inspection for new school establishments and renewal of established nursing schools. Before joining Epoch, she was associated with RDR Jansewa School of Nursing, Kanina as a Principal. Anju believes that working with the elderly can broaden one’s perspective as elderlies have a lifetime of experience & knowledge to share. Anju enjoys cooking, and her delicious rum cakes for Christmas are worth the wait!

Meet Alisha Anand, a seasoned brand marketing professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in planning and executing holistic marketing campaigns for various industries including Finance, Food & Consumer Durable, Luxury Retail, Awards and MICE. Awarded as Most Prominent Brand Marketing Professional of The Year 2022, her dynamic skill set encompasses strategic brand management, segmentation and positioning strategies, media planning and buying, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, online advertising, brand and event activation. At Epoch, Alisha believes working with the elderly is a privilege, filled with warmth and wisdom that brings joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose, while her adventurous spirit fuels her vibrant travel blog, sharing mesmerizing tales and captivating moments.

Dipankar holds a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Amity University, Noida, and has worked on various projects in freelancing before joining Epoch. He is passionate about creating magic on-screen with his visual content and derives his inspiration from the work of various urban creators. He is a brilliant photographer and his works of different landscapes and portraits are breathtaking!

Aditi holds a Master’s in English and Diploma Certification in Spanish language and has over 6 years of experience having worked with startups like InnerChef and ChaiPoint. A curious person, Aditi joined Epoch during the pandemic in 2020. Through Epoch, she wants people to perceive assisted living homes from a fresh mindset regardless of the stigmas surrounding eldercare in India. Our soft-spoken Aditi is Epoch's first point of contact for families and has bonded with the existing ones over a short span. Born and brought up in Meerut and Delhi, she loves reading and travelling a lot, and is a Bollywood buff who remembers most songs by heart!

Sameer holds a PG diploma in International Business and Marketing, and has over 3 years of experience. He has worked with startups like Bombay Shaving, Stalwart Technik & Carry My Pet. For him, working at Epoch is precious, since we provide love, support, care and dignity to our elders. He loves to listen to Punjabi music and watch Hollywood movies. An important part of his life is his passion for fitness, which he diligently practices!

Our master chef and food connoisseur, Jagdish can whip up a delicious meal in no time. With a master’s degree in hospitality management and 10 years working for international hotel chains, he is the reason why Epoch residents (and staff) have been gaining a few kilos. One of the first team members at Epoch Assisted Living, Jagdish finds working with the elderly very fulfilling and enjoys the rich life stories the residents share. It has been around seven years of his profound memories with Epoch! When he is not busy in the kitchen, Jagdish enjoys traveling to new places and trying out different cuisines.

Vikram did his B.Sc in Hospitality from IHM, Bhopal and has 6 years of rich experience in hotel management. He has worked with many 5 star hotels, Leela Ambience Hotel in Gurgaon being prior to Epoch. Serving the elderly gives him satisfaction and acts as his motivation. He shares his vision for Epoch which revolves around providing quality person centered care to elderlies in new geographies when it expands. A jolly person, Vikram loves to meet new people and make them feel awesome with his interesting conversations.

The senior most member of our team, Sunil is a B. Com from Dayal Singh College, Delhi University and has done courses in Housekeeping from Cornell University. He has a vast experience of over 4 decades and has worked with some of the best names in the hotel industry like The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, ITC hotels, Imperial and many more as well as Max Healthcare. He has been guiding the team for about a year now. His rich experience gained over a span of 41 years is a learning curve for youngsters. In his leisure, he enjoys a game or two of golf, ghazals, and songs by Mohd. Rafi. He is very fond of roller coasters!
Admin Manager
Meet Amit, our problem solver for everyone! With 16+ years of experience with companies like Ashok Leyland, Genpact & Meinhart after having done his B. Com from University of Allahabad and MBA from Sahara Arts & Management Academy, Lucknow. Amit is very dedicated, time and again has gone above and beyond boundaries to resolve issues for our homes. He has been associated with Epoch for about 3 years now and takes his responsibilities seriously. Amit is also an amazing singer who will definitely wow you with his voice!
Admin Assistant
Sunil has 17 years of experience and has been associated with Epoch for about 3 years. Before embarking on his Epoch journey, Sunil worked with PepsiCo (India) Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Working in an eldercare sector, he feels that serving and caring for elderly is a genuine feeling and gives a strong sense of belongingness to people. An evening with ghazal and old songs is his ideal way of spending some leisure time!
Admin Assistant
Amar started his journey as a care attendant at Epoch Monet house in Pune. A few years later, after managing multiple roles at different Epoch locations, he was handed over the role and responsibilities of Office Assistant. Amar loves working with the team whom he reckons to be cooperative and supportive at every step of his journey. A sports bike enthusiast, Amar loves travelling on his awesome wheels!
Admin Assistant
Pawan has done a GDA course from Lucknow University, and works closely with the Frida home team. He finds the stories of places and experiences shared by the elders quite enchanting, and thus keeps on gaining and learning through the conversations exchanged! He loves the sync with which each Epoch team member works. In his spare time, one can locate him either discussing the latest bollywood blockbusters or playing cricket/badminton.
Technical Assistant
Suraj holds a degree in the electrical branch of B.Tech and has prior experience of working closely with elders. He finds the work culture of Epoch to be very dynamic, functioning efficiently with the cooperation of its unmatched team members. Suraj is a die-hard fan of cricket & cricketers and follows every game closely! Epoch, its teams, and residents feel like a family to him.
